Ace bell pepper
What is it?
We grow a couple varieties of sweet bell peppers. Watch the video to learn how to pick it! All bell peppers start green, then turn red, orange, or yellow later in the season. The Islander variety is purple! Bell peppers are fruits that hang on the plants. Look for the largest peppers and use scissors to gently snip the stem free from the plant.
Bell peppers are super high in vitamin C and antioxidants! You will find garden grown bell peppers have a lot more flavor than those you buy at the grocery store.
